Living Hope Cancer Foundation is sharing support, guidance, love and hope around the world for those on a cancer journey and their caregivers who support them.

In October 2025, we’re heading to Italy for a 14 day bike ride from Venice to Puglia to spread our message that cancer is a situation, not a sentence, and to empower people to Get Up and Live!

Our team of cyclists have all been touched by cancer in some way, and are dedicated to bringing people together through encouragement, strength, knowledge and compassion.
